A full charge lasts up to 14 days with normal use. The collar charges wirelessly in about 2 hours via the included charging pad.

Absolutely. The ultrasonic tone and vibration are both gentle, humane tools recommended by professional trainers. There is no electric shock. The LED is cool-running and doesn't generate heat.

Wipe the leather band with a damp cloth weekly. Avoid soaking or submerging. The leather develops a natural patina over time. For best results, apply a leather conditioner every few months.
